Individual & Team Qualification Standards

Men
- Row 1000m in under 4 minutes, 15secs.
- Deadlift more than 250 lbs.
- Bench Press more than 165 lbs.
- Perform more than 30 standard pushups in 60 secs.
- Perform more than 12 standard chin-ups in 60 secs.
- Sprint 20 yards in under than 3.5 secs.
- Run 5/10/5 shuttle  in under 5.0 secs.

- Tuck jump more than 36 inches

Women
- Row 1000m in under 5 minutes
- Deadlift more than 150 lbs.
- Bench Press more than 75 lbs.
- Perform more than 20 standard pushups in 60 secs.
- Perform more than 15 horizontal pullups in 60 secs.
- Sprint 20 yards in under than 4.2 secs.
- Run 5/10/5 shuttle in under 5.0 secs.

- Tuck jump more than 20 inches

Men
- Row 1000m in under 3 minutes, 40 secs.
- Deadlift more than 350 lbs.
- Bench Press more than 225 lbs.
- Perform more 12 kipping (bar) muscle ups in 60 secs.
- Perform more than 18 standard chin-ups in 60 secs.
- Sprint 20 yards in under than 3.3 secs.

- Run 5/10/5 shuttle in under 4.5 secs
- Tuck jump more than 40 inches


Women
- Row 1000m  in under 4 minutes, 15 secs.
- Deadlift more than 225 lbs.
- Bench Press more than 115 lbs.
- Perform more than 35 standard pushups in 60 secs.
- Perform more than 7 standard chin-ups in 60 secs.
- Sprint 20 yards in under 3.8 secs.
- Run 5/10/5 shuttle  in under 4.5 secs

Women

- Bench Press more than 140 lbs.
- Perform more than 50 standard pushups in 60 secs.
- Perform more than 12 standard chin-ups in 60 secs.
- Sprint 20 yards in under 4.3 secs.
